Refund Policy

Evolution Hoops has a no-refund policy for all services and programs. This includes individual training, small group sessions, team training sessions, and online programs.

Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions, change of mind, or failure to attend. We encourage all athletes and parents to carefully review their availability before booking.

In the rare case that a session is cancelled by Evolution Hoops, we will offer a rescheduled session or refund at the value for the missed session.
