Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

By booking a training session with Evolution Hoops, you agree to the following terms: Participant Responsibility: All athletes are expected to be physically capable of participating in basketball training. Evolution Hoops is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training. Participants (or their guardians) accept responsibility for their health and safety while engaging in our services, both during in-person training and when following online programs. Refund Policy: Evolution Hoops has a no-refund policy for all services and programs. This includes individual training, small group sessions, team training sessions, and online programs. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions, change of mind, or failure to attend. We encourage all athletes and parents to carefully review their availability before booking. In the rare case that a session is cancelled by Evolution Hoops, we will offer a rescheduled session or refund at the value for the missed session. Photo & Video: Photos and videos may be taken during in-person sessions for use in social media, marketing, and promotional materials. By attending, you consent to the possible use of your (or your child’s) image for these purposes, unless you notify Evolution Hoops in writing before the session. Bookings and Payments: All payments are due at the time of booking. Your place in a training session or access to online programs is not confirmed until payment is received. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
